IN CHRIST

Prayer is your lifeline to God and to His gifts and fruits. All you have is from God. You need to live like that. When you get attached to things then you feel that you own things. Detachment means that you don’t own anything. All you have is from God. Freely you have received, freely give. This is the place to be and the freedom Christ promised. To be truly free from all these things is to surrender to God. Ultimately these things are just things to make you comfortable in this life. However, this life is just a temporary journey and a stage in your eternal journey. This is why you need to keep your mind on things above, everlasting. When you keep your mind on eternal things then your life on earth will have an eternal quality to it. You don’t think and feel like everybody else who is focused on things temporal. Your goals and meaning for life change and you become resilient and strong. Christ has bought your freedom. Now live like a saint and believe that all things are yours in Christ.
